The District encourages requestors to use the online Public Records Request Form to help ensure requests are processed as efficiently and accurately as possible. However, use of the form is not required, and the District will accept public records requests submitted by any method permitted under Florida law, including in person, by mail, by email, or by telephone. The Greater Boca Raton Beach & Park District is committed to providing access to public records in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. In accordance with Florida law, fees may be charged for copies of public records and for requests requiring extensive clerical or supervisory assistance or extensive use of information technology resources. Any applicable fees will be assessed in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and requestors will be advised of any estimated costs before the request is fulfilled.
